Prestige Partnership
Landmarks has developed a special section in our current edition of our Hard Bound Landmarks' publications titled Prestige Partnership We feature two page profile of leading people, businesses and other success stories that have relevance to our audience. The sponsors not only get their info out to two million visitors we reach by placing the publication in every hotel room in and around the market, but they are also supplied with a minimum of 100 books to give to clients, prospects, employees and other selected high profile targets.
Our clients find that when they give a copy of our hardbound publication to someone that lives in the area they are absolutely ecstatic about receiving it. The mixed content of local editorial, restaurant, accommodations and other valuable information makes it very well received by the recipient. Because of the quality of the finished product; the graphics, paper, and hardbound cover, it is generally agreed the Landmarks publication is the finest presentation of the area we are covering.
| To give you an example of the kind of sponsors we have included here in Annapolis, our first sponsor was Premiere Planning group, a high end financial planning group that targets high net worth individuals. Their invitation lists for the 30 seminars they run are the high net-worth individuals that are an attractive target audience for most of our clients. Also included is CBay, Maryland's fastest growing Technology Company according to Deloitte-Touche, provides transcription services to both physicians and hospitals. They are featured with a two page spread and they plan to circulate the Publication to the physicians they work with in the area. Our Bank, Provident got immediate approval from their marketing department and are circulating the Publications to business owners they are speaking with about Provident Bank. We have already begun adding clients for our next edition.
We also plan to set up one major social event and a golf outing as a networking opportunity for our sponsors.
